Seize this opportunity to join an established and highly passionate team of clinical and operational staff, as the Facility Manager with an established national care provider from their 112 bed Aged Care residential facility located in Albury, NSW.

Work alongside experienced and supportive operational and clinical management teams to maintain and develop a culture of high quality and positivity within the facility for all residents and employees to thrive in!

As the Facility Manager you will lead and coordinate the Aged Care facility and the team to accomplish its financial, clinical, safety, and operational objectives by cultivating a strong support structure.

Your responsibilities will include:
Be responsible for the financial management of the facility in line with the companies budgets and policies
Responsible for conducting the meetings for all clinical, operational and financial initiatives
Seek and develop innovative and continual improvement plans
Clinical Care Managers, Operational Managers and Financial management staff will be reporting to you
Lead and develop the communication process across all departments within the facility
Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care staff that supports and ensures continuing professional development
Report to the Regional Operations Manager

Requirements/Skills:
Full Australian Working Rights
Financial management experience in an Aged Care setting
Experience with Aged Care accreditation standards
Knowledge of and experience with ACFI
