Work for this progressive law firm based with stunning offices in this newly created role. You will provide support to two dedicated and friendly lawyers, specialising in Family law. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, drafting legal documents, managing calendars, and performing other administrative tasks as required
Duties can include:
Managing all administrative aspects of family law
files
Assistance in drafting, formatting and amending
court documents and correspondence
Typing and collating documents for briefs to
Counsel
Legal research
Liaising with clients, lawyers and barristers
Arranging appointments and managing diaries
Conference and mediation coordination
Matter invoicing and receipting responsibilities
Who are we looking for:
3+ years’ experience working in professional services in a family law environment
Experience within Legal Aid is desirable
Excellent communication and diary management
Ability to easily take initiative
Client service focused
Proficient in all Microsoft software
Thrives under pressure
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
High level of attention to detail
