Macquarie Law Group is a multi-disciplinary boutique law firm located within Forest Lodge, NSW. With over 60 years of combined experience, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide superior legal advice and representation across a broad range of legal disciplines.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a family law solicitor to join our law firm. The applicant should have prior experience working within family law and should be the holder of a NSW Practising Certificate,

Duties:

• Attending to conferences with clients, Counsel and other stakeholders;
• Working autonomously and taking active carriage of files:
• Researching, drafting legal documents, letters, submissions, affidavits:
• Filing court documents
• File management
• Reviewing disclosure documents, preparing evidence matrix:
• Client interviews and advice for clients:
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to learn:
• Court attendance including hearings, mediations, Interim Hearings, briefing Counsel for Final Hearings.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
