About the Firm:
The firm solely specialises in family law in addition to wills and estates. They are located in a desirable Sydney CBD area and provide the following areas of expertise:
Divorce applications
Legal guardianship
Consent orders
Binding financial agreements and prenups
Wills and estates
De Facto relationships.
Mediation
Familial dispute resolution
Property settlements
Superannuation splits
Division of complex property structures
Spousal maintenance for separated couples
International Relocation
Domestic relocation
Essential Requirements :
Minimum 3 years + PQE exclusively in Family Law.
Fluent and clear English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with representing clients in the Australian family law jurisdiction.
Possess a positive “can-do” attitude.
