2 years + PQE accrued in family law

We're looking for a positive and confident Family Lawyer who wishes to advance the next phase of their career in family law. You will have the autonomy to demonstrate your ability to run family law matters and to provide thoughtful and nuanced direction and advice to clients.

The firm is a specialist boutique family law practice situated in a beautiful area of Elizabeth Street in the city. The firm has enjoyed long retention of its tight-knit team and it is led by a friendly Accredited Family Law Specialist.

Benefits and Features:
Flexible work arrangements - There is a work-from-home day available.
Salary range $80,000 to $130,000 + (2 years - 5 years PQE)
Working with a supportive team that values compassion, empathy, kindness, honesty, integrity and personal/family time.
The firm attracts a high-end clientele base with an interesting range of family law matters with international cases, financial disputes and parenting matters.
Full-time administration support.
You will have autonomy in the carriage of your matters but also have the support of the Director who can provide guidance and expertise.
There is no micro-management and in regards to the firms expectations, they measure a reasonable 5 billable hours per day as their target. This allows for work-life balance

About the firm :
The firm exclusively focuses on family law and is highly regarded for its approach and client service delivery. They provide a wide range of family services including;

Complex financial matters
Parenting matters
Divorce and separation
Consent orders / binding financial agreements
Negotiations and mediation
Property Settlements
Pre - nuptial agreements
Wills and power of attorney.

Requirements:
2- 5 years experience as a Family Lawyer
Excellent client relationships and impeccable file management skills.
Experience in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court.
Previously worked on complex financial matters.
Positive and friendly approach.
