We are seeking a Senior Family Lawyer, ideally with 7 years + of experience for our bespoke and specialised Sydney CBD-based family law firm. This position would suit a family lawyer who would enjoy working in a close-knit team and have full autonomy to focus on carrying matters from start to finish.

Established for over 15 years the firm is led by a very friendly yet excellent business and service-focused Family Law Accredited Specialist/ Family Lawyer.
The firm has a specialist team of 5 lawyers + support staff and beautiful offices on Elizabeth St in the city
It attracts a very nice client following and there is a healthy pipeline of interesting and complex family law matters for you to take on
The team has a nice mix of lawyers and it is a very good culture with a friendly, open-door policy and no politics.

Full autonomy over your caseload: manage your own practice in the firm, specialising in spousal maintenance, property settlements, and parenting

Complex financial disputes
Collaborative Law
Parenting and children
Negotiations and mediation
Divorce matters
Essential Requirements
7 years PQE + exclusively in Family Law accrued in reputable Family Law firms or practices based in the Sydney CBD
Strengths in complex property disputes, parenting matters and spousal maintenance
Excellent interpersonal skills: comprehensive English communication skills (verbal and written), compassionate personality, and true professionalism.
