Your new role
Join our Connect - Early Parenting Program and play a pivotal role in strengthening parental connections and family relationships to create better family outcomes!
- Provide professional, high quality early intervention services to clients (centre-based or home-based).
- Plan, develop and deliver community development activities and primary prevention sessions for new parents and their babies.
- Actively promote services and provide timely response to program enquiries.
- Cultivate professional and productive relationships.
About you
- You have a qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Child & Family Social Welfare or a related discipline.
- Qualifications in Promoting First Relationships (PFR) and Single Session Family Consultation are desirable.
- You have skills and knowledge in providing centre and home-based support to families.
- Demonstrated experience in group work with a focus on primary prevention, early intervention and working with parents.
- Proven ability to implement community development activities to new parents.
- A demonstrated capability to network and build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
