Detailed Description 

Sitting within the Fan Engagement team, you will project manage all the team’s administrative tasks relating to the successful delivery of all participation programs. The role reports directly to General Manager– Fan Engagement and you will administer and plan all operational and administration elements of the programs. To be considered for this role you will have the ability to work with teammates and deliver individually and have the capacity to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration between teams. The ideal candidate also has excellent computer literacy, planning skills and is great at adapting in a fast-paced environment. 

Fan Engagement 

• Deliver all daily customer service components relating to all Sydney FC participation programs, including but not limited to inbound phone calls, email inbox management, credit logging and processing, voucher redemptions, fulfillment of participant benefits. 
• Setup all programs for registration including designing online/website assets, management of website interface, online/website product builds and testing. 
• Manage all records for each program, ensuring data, customer and financial accuracy. 
• Manage the compliance, rostering, invoicing, and reporting relating to contracted employees and volunteers working within the programs. 
• Manage the execution of the tactics for key launch periods including launch communications to past participants, and feedback surveys to improve programs for the future. 
• Assist in the coordination of match day ticketing and compliance for each region's match day. 
• Provide project management assistance on all ad hoc team projects. 
• Assist in the on-site delivery of Fan Engagement requirements at A-League Men’s and A-League Women’s home games 

Essential 
• Experience in similar position. 
• Driver’s License 
• Working with Children Check 
Preferred 
• Tertiary qualification in sports administration/business 
• Interest and knowledge in football/sport 
• Experience using Salesforce
