The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking reliable and friendly people with excellent customer service skills to join our incredible markets team. Working every Saturday and occasional event opportunities on Fridays and Sundays.

We offer full paid training and pay award rates.

We maintain a strong presence all over Sydney with stalls at numerous farmer's markets located in areas including:

• Inner City Sydney
• Sutherland Shire
• North Sydney
• Southern Highlands
• Western Sydney

The You:

You have a passion for customer service and love talking about bread & pastry! You're an early starter and don’t mind getting up at 5am on a Saturday.

It is essential for this position that you have a driver's license, a good level of physical fitness and can lift heavy items as you will be setting up a stall at the Markets and packing it down. It is also essential that you can easily get to Alexandria to collect and drop off vehicle for market setup. 

Working in a fast-paced team environment excites you, not overwhelms you. You're a team player and thrive on building relationships with people from all walks of life and enjoy camaraderie. 

Ideally, you'll have experience in some or all of the following areas:

• Retail sales
• Fast-moving consumer goods
• Hospitality
• Brand representation

Some further requirements and information:

• Handling cash and processing POS payments
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Merchandising skills.
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Highly motivated and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, bright, hardworking that is willing to go that extra mile.
• Be reliable, punctual and efficient in your work.
• Full working rights in Australia.
