We are now recruiting a Fashion Advisor / Visual Merchandising Specialist at our Chadstone Fashion Boutique. As a Fashion Advisor / Visual Merchandising Specialist, you are the heartbeat of our Brand.

YOUR PURPOSE

As a Fashion Advisor / Visual Merchandising Specialist, you are a key partner to the Visual Merchandising and Retail teams. You are responsible for maintaining the Chanel Visual Merchandising standards, setting up image direction, as well as delivering an exceptional standard of sales service to our valued current and new clients.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Optimizing the client experience according to our client service values, fulfilling the client’s needs through genuine, flexible and tailor made service.
• Ensuring highest standards in all aspect of the sales and after sales service, including positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data and timely follow up.
• Engaging the client of today and tomorrow by developing your own client portfolio and building genuine relationships with the clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Upholding the image of the Brand as a Brand Ambassador by portraying a professional and sophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette.
• Maintain in-boutique display in accordance to Visual Merchandising guidelines and brief from VM team. When applicable, participate on a rotational basis to the window change.
