About the role
We are seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated Fees/Finance Officer - to join the College’s Finance Team.
Our Finance Team is a dynamic team which includes the Business Manager and Accounts Finance Officer working together to meet the diverse needs of students and families across all year levels of the College.
You will be required to work in an administration office with a high level of confidentiality.
This position requires the ability to form excellent professional relationships with parents and staff, and a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful applicant will also have experience and strong skills with a range of software packages.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in debt collection within an educational environment
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to work as part of a team

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and

Position tenure: Continuing
Weeks worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)
Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 5 days/week (38 hours/week) Monday to Friday
Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 4 - $33.52 per hour
