City Fertility is seeking an adaptable and effective communicator to join our Fertility Advice team to work as a Coordinator, responding to enquiries from patients and assisting them in taking the next step in their fertility journey. In order to provide a range of comprehensive support and services to the community, we're looking for an individual who is Bi-lingual in both English and Mandarin.

Your Role:
As a Fertility Advice Co-Ordinator working in our head office in Brisbane you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for those enquiring about City Fertility.
  • Processing a variety of enquiries from patients.
  • Provide general information on the City Fertility consultation process.
  • Assist with booking appointments.
As a Fertility Advice Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience informative, transparent, and supportive interactions from their very first interaction with our business.
Qualifications and skills we value:
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:
  • Dedicated Experience: A minimum of 2 years in the health industry or a call centre environment
  • Bi-Lingual: Proficient in English/Mandarin
  • Tech Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced experience with MS Office Suite
  • Industry Know-How: Basic to Intermediate understanding of Women's Health or Fertility
  • Communication Mastery: Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Precision Matters: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical Prowess: Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated excellent time management.
