Job Description
This role is for someone who has a passion for cats and dogs. The role focuses on building sales and recommendation with Pro customers is based in Melbourne but currently covers VIC, WA, SA and TAS. Some interstate and regional travel is required throughout the year. Connection with customers is a mix of virtual connection and face to face visits to achieve sales recommendation targets.
Approximately 3 days a week would be spent face to face customer visits and the remainder would be remote working (from home or the Melbourne office) spent analysing sales and recommendation data, contacting customers virtually, customer service follow up, administration, booking appointments and call reports.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Achieve Pro tonnage and NSV targets through building our customer base and retaining current customers by creating winning partnerships.
- Drive recommendation with our Pro partners through connection and education both face to face and virtually.
- Develop and maintain an efficient territory plan (a mix of face to face and virtual visits) to engage with current and potential customers to support them through our nutritional offer and digital tools.
- Build relationships with Brand Ambassadors, State Bodies and sponsored clubs by regularly engaging with these key stakeholders as required.
- Attend events as required to represent Royal Canin and to build our brand image and reputation and to connect with existing customers and recruit new customers. This may require weekend work for shows and some other events.
