Our client is the market leader in their field. Due to their continued growth they are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join their NSW Service Team.
Their product range has an excellent reputation with the customer base being research facilities, Universities and laboratories.
It's a unique role. Reporting to the Service Manager the role focuses on the installation, ongoing maintenance and repair of their range of equipment. The role will also involve supporting the service manager in the office. The split will be about 50/50 field based/in the office and represents great work life balance.
To be considered for this role you will have a background installing and maintaining technical electro mechanical equipment. A background in commercial or residential appliances, or exposure to medical disinfection equipment (washers, sterilisers etc) would be very highly regarded. In addition, strong communication and organisational skills will be needed. Some exposure to service coordination and phone support would be highly regarded.
Strong product training will be provided and you will working in an organisation that values it's staff shown by the longevity of employment among it's team members.
