Field Support Administrator

The Role

FHR currently have a new and exciting opportunity for Field Support Administrator to work for a wholesale produce company in Brendale.

Benefits:

• Temp to perm position
• Tuesday to Saturday with work from home opportunities
• $65k + Superannuation
• Small team environment with the opportunity to grow

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of National database including roster management
• Responsible for keeping the field team system live by responding to, identifying and actioning support needs to the field team
• Build and maintain strong relationships from Merchandiser to State Sales Manager
• Provide support to improve efficiencies and effectiveness in field
• Answer calls and respond to emails in a timely manner

Skills & Experience

• Experience in administration, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced PC skills and the ability to learn systems with ease
• Have strong relationship building and customer service skills
• Be available to start ASAP and commit to a permanent position
