In the role of Field Training Coordinator, you will provide formal mandatory and technical training in the specific applications and use of standards, systems, processes and tools, used by practitioners in the discipline for civil construction and maintenance operations. You will provide regular analysis and review of training programs and processes for our field staff to ensure delivery meets business requirements and undertake operational workplace assessments of staff to meet capability development requirements.Accountabilities include: - Deliver and facilitate mandatory and technical training for staff to meet legislative and operational requirements, to include training and assessment of plant operators in the safe operation of plant and correct and efficient work techniques.- Review training materials to ensure the content specifically relates to the business.- Liaise with the Workplace Trainer to undertake operational workplace assessments of staff to enable them to attain qualifications.- Contribute to the investigation and implementation of innovative materials, plant and technology.- Assist with vehicle and plant auditing to comply with legislative requirements and ensure consistency in processes and standards, including maintenance of assessment and training records and licences.To find out more about the role and who to contact, please refer to the role description attached to this job ad.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Job Ad Reference: QLD/490443/23Closing Date: Thursday, 08 June 2023This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
