Chefs
Key Duties
Prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests
Provide exceptional service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests
Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies
Collaborate with the Head Chef to create “specials” outside the regular menu cycle
Manage the expectations of both clients and diners
The Person
The candidate will have experience working in a high volume, buffet-style kitchen. To be successful, you will need:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen
Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
Meet Covid-19 vaccine requirements
Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
Comfortability flying to the site for 2 weeks on an 11-hour roster

Salary for Cooks and Line Chefs - $79,000 - 91,000 plus superannuation and penalties
