Role Overview:
As a Production Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our production team, supporting the Production Manager in ensuring seamless project execution. Your role is to assist in various aspects of production, from administrative tasks to on-set support, contributing to the smooth operation of every project. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager in organising and coordinating all aspects of production, including scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and logistics coordination.
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing documents, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with on-set tasks, including set-up, equipment handling, and supporting the needs of the cast and crew.
- Help maintain a positive and collaborative working environment on set and in the office.
- Aid in problem-solving and decision-making processes, contributing ideas and solutions to overcome production challenges.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow throughout the production process.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Basic knowledge of Film Production equipment and processes is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
