About the Opportunity
People2people have multiple Administration/Finance Support roles we are actively recruiting for across Adelaide. Full-time and part-time opportunities are on offer on a permanent basis with attractive salaries and benefits included.
Responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Basic bookkeeping and banking transactions
- Basic financial data entry
- Email management and communications
- Occasional front desk cover, including answering phones and greeting guests
- Administration support as required
- Mail management and arranging couriers
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
- Proven administration experience
- Experience using Microsoft Suites package, Xero and Myob
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong work ethic and professional approach
