Platinum Electricians in Darwin is seeking full time or permanent part time Administration & Finance coordinator who is confident, friendly and well organised to join their dynamic team. You must have a good understanding of Xero and excellent computer skills. Attention to detail and strong multi tasking skills are essential.
To be successful you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Competent with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Time conscious, able to prioritise and work autonomously
- Enthusiastic, bright and confident personality
- Reliable, punctual and committed
- Previous SimPRO job management experience desirable
The Role
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Generation of monthly, weekly, and daily creditor payments
- EOM supplier account reconciliations and assisting with other EOM Processes
- Process supplier credit application forms
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
