We have a new opportunity within the Research and Revenue Accounting team that will provide expert advice to researchers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle, contributing knowledge and expertise towards processes such as policy development, governance and change management. This will also include financial transactions and resolving challenging accounting issues.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing budget, forecasting and reporting responsibilities that will assist in research grants and contracts. You will be managing the development of funding proposals across complex budgets.
As the Finance Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to provide leadership and development within your team while delivering R&R accounting services to the University.
To be the suitable applicant you will have a degree qualification in finance/related discipline, preferably with CA or CPA accreditation and extensive relevant experience. This will also include a wide exposure in providing finance-related advice and expertise around the preparation and monitoring of multiple budgets.
