As the Finance Business Partner reporting to the Head of Business Partnering (Life & Investments), the primary objective of this role is to turn insight into action driving long term value to Zurich Australia.
The Finance Business Partner is responsible for performance management, providing support and advice to relevant management including insights into underlying performance and the implications for the business. The role with work closely with Finance to understanding and communication of business performance to stakeholders.
Important to your success - let's grow together
7 years post qualified experience, preferably within Financial Services
Track record of influencing at leadership level
Extensive knowledge of insurance industry
Demonstrated knowledge of strategy and business planning techniques
Operational change and senior leadership experience
Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Actuarial qualifications and experience with IFRS17 is highly valuable
