The Finance Business Partner- Capital Allocation will partner and provide effective planning, analysis and advice on all financial aspects within the business unit (BU), effectively support and challenge appropriate structures, initiatives and processes that are in place to meet the BU requirements/targets. With a commercial leadership focus this role will ensure the appropriate structures, initiatives and processes are in place to meet the BU requirements /targets. The Finance Business Partner will assist The Head of Finance in opportunity development and prioritisation processes within the BU and will also have influence over the BU strategy. This role will also support and advise the business and Head of Finance in the areas of Stewardship & Risk Management including stakeholder management, compliance policy & group management, and continuous improvement of the central finance function whilst managing the interaction of the BU and CoFE.
You’ll have –
- 5+ years’ experience in the relevant field
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business or other relevant disciplines
- Extensive financial knowledge and experience
- Superior communication and influencing skills
- The ability to positively influence stakeholders to overcome roadblocks to deliver successful outcomes
- Intellectual capability to quickly understand, apply and embed new concepts in a complex business environment
- Strong sense of urgency, focus on outcomes and drive for success
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting objectives in order to deliver key milestones
- Demonstrated analytical and financial problem-solving skills
