Addison Real Estate is seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator for their busy Traralgon office. Your role will include incoming and outgoing receivables, daily banking, reconciliation and reporting to directors, processing end of month payments to landlords and assisting with commercial managements.
You will have a close working relationship with the directors and support effective financial management and administration of the office
You must be proficient in all Microsoft applications, possess intermediate keyboard skills and have an excellent telephone manner and rapport. Time management skills and the ability to multi task will go a long way in your success in the role.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Accounts Receivable experience and exposure to Accounts Payable;
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills essential
- Demonstrated skills in using your initiative to drive and implement efficiencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong, demonstrable, attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Curious mind and a love for learning
