Job Description
- Managing the preparation of annual budgets, comparing actual performance against budgets
- Ensuring timely financial and audit pack reporting as per Corporate Financial Consolidation Group timelines
- Ensure local statutory reporting requirements and timelines are met
- Ensuring a robust & effective management reporting framework with insightful analytics to aid business planning & performance
- Management of treasury function including cashflow
- Continuously develop and improve fixed and working capital productivity
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
- 8-10 years' experience in Finance & Accounting
- CA/CPA/ACCA qualification
- Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with proven ability to identify gaps in current processes
- Exposure working in a reputable and globally recognized FMCG powerhouse
