The role will commence immediately and have the opportunity to transition to permanent.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for inventory reporting and management, working closely with operations and the procurement team to drive inventory improvements.
- Develop a suit of reports and KPI's for inventory reporting providing benchmarks with ongoing analysis and commentary.
- Responsible for further developing the SLOB process, driving positive outcomes with the business, developing proactive reporting.
- Document work instructions to drive efficient and effective standard processes across the finance function.
- Be responsible for identifying, recommending and co-ordinating system developments that will improve process efficiency and effectiveness and drive improved business outcomes.
- Be responsible for system changes, documenting, testing, training and go live.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and support the business with identifying specific areas for improvement.
- Ensure the balance sheets you are responsible for are appropriately accounted for and reconciled with substantiation monthly in accordance with the schedule.
- Ensuring all month end, quarterly and yearly reporting requirements are completed on time and with due diligence.
- Create an environment that fosters effectiveness, cooperation, motivation and professional growth.
- Work to continuously develop overall team performance.
- Assess/identify the strengths and developmental needs of team members.
Profile
- CA/CPA
- Inventory management experience
- Experience in a global company
- Experience in retail/manufacturing/wholesale
- Availability to commence ASAP
