The Opportunity

Great opportunity to be part of a market leader in the landscaping industry as a Finance Officer. A key part of this role will be supporting multiple key stakeholders from each of the company's business units. This role would suit either an experienced Accounts/Finance Officer or an up-and-coming AP/AR professional looking to grow their skill set in a dynamic environment.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily processing of customer payments and bank reconciliations.
• Verification and coding of vendor invoices and purchase orders.
• Preparation of vendor payments and coordination of remittance advices.
• Processing customer statements, reconciling customer accounts and responding to queries.
• Credit card expense processing and reconciliations.
• Preparation of ATB reporting and assistance with debt collection.
• Report preparation and general administrative duties.

The Expertise

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using a large ERP system
• Our client is looking for a candidate with 1-2+ years of experience in a similar position.
