Finance Officer

Are you a transactional finance specialist looking for a new role? PaperCut Software is looking for a Finance Officer to join our global finance team, to guide the transactional finance process, from Accounts Payable to Accounts Receivable, including all related reconciliations and month end processes.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a full-time 8 month Fixed Term Contract based in our Camberwell office 2-3 days per week.
Ensure our invoices are entered and approved in the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
Review staff expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure that all supplier information is kept up to date and correct within the system.
Receipt bank statements, remittances and cheques.
Prepare monthly reconciliations of allocated balance sheet accounts for review.
Finalise the month end reporting for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
You're experienced in all aspects of transactional accounting.
You are comfortable working in a manual processing environment.
You are able to process invoices quickly and accurately.
You have experience in preparing month end reporting.
You can work within a global team, and have some flexibility in hours.
