Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain high level knowledge of Own Source Revenue (OSR), systems and associated legislative frameworks, policies and financial management practices within the public health sector environment and the ability to apply such knowledge.
- Contribute to the design, development, evaluation, promotion and delivery of OSR training for new and existing employees. Ensure these training resources are kept updated through frequent reviews.
- Demonstrate knowledge of educational theory and adult learning principles.
- Know and understand the objectives of organisational needs in respect of OSR and ensure the required learning outcomes of specified training meets the end user needs. Completing and creating adhoc reports to evaluate and evidence targets are being reached or how improvements could be made.
