About the Role
The Finance Officer assists with maintaining financial, accounting, and administrative services to meet legislative requirements and support school operations. The Finance Officer reports to the Finance Team Leader.
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Finance Team Leader with the daily tasks associated with the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This position will work closely with the Finance Team Leader and under the direct supervision of the Finance Team Leader. Work will be reviewed regularly on completion.
The role may also include responding to queries from internal and external parties. The person appointed to this position may also be cross trained to perform responsibilities in other finance functions. An employee at this level will have no supervisory responsibilities.
