Job Description

In the role of Project Finance Administrator, you will have the opportunity to be involved in and add value to our portfolio of projects. You will work with and support our project and design managers, discipline specialists, leadership team, and peers to monitor our projects' financial health and delivery.

You will bring your understanding of the project life cycle, milestones, and financials to assist in project success. Importantly, you value continuous improvement and quality, and will use and promote the value of in- house systems, frameworks, and processes to ensure project health.

Key responsibilities:
Work closely with project managers, the finance team, and stakeholders to manage project budgets, and analyze project profitability.
Prepare and review project budgets and forecasts in collaboration with project teams to ensure they align with financial targets and objectives.
Produce timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support decision-making and communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
Continuously review and improve project finance processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Proactive, able to prioritize workloads, and deliverables and manage multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to interpret complex financial information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Understanding of project management systems and financials, with a background in project coordination or project administration, preferably in Construction or Engineering projects.
Strong confidence in MS Suite and specialized software, including financial management systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
