We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Support Analyst to join our Shared Services team based in Melbourne CBD on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this is a great chance to work with a highly experienced team, across transactional aspects of the business.
This role is responsible for the delivery of retirement villages operations transactional support to the Retirement Living business, duties including customer invoice issuing, preparation of weekly payment batches as well as bank and balance sheet reconciliations. This role is also responsible for the identification of continuous improvement opportunities, as well as the embedding of process change and systems training across transactional aspects of the business.
You will support the development of Finance improvement initiatives and the design principles of the Finance organisation. Through the establishment of an optimised service delivery model, you will support the shaping of capacity and agility within the function enabled by a continued focus on simplification and enhancement of Finance systems and processes.
To be successful in this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce with a major or sub major in Accounting and/or Finance are desirable. This will be complemented by comprehensive experience in a related finance, accounting and/or high-volume transaction clerk role. You will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload with a customer-service focus.
