The role:
This is a commission-based role with a market leading income split that I have never seen before that is second to none and your earnings are uncapped so the sky’s the limit!

Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining industry membership and qualifications (personal and professional development)
Forming and building relationship with referral partners
Developing and building strong relationships with new clients
Qualifying and packaging loan submission
Maintaining relationship with clients and referral partners
Performing bi-yearly check in with existing clients
Maintaining meticulous tracking on client’s database
To be successful in the role you will excel in the following areas:
Strong self/time management skills & ability to multi-task
Have high attention to detail
Highly motivated, strong work ethic.
Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations and KPI's
Be comfortable working in a commission only role and able to set goals to achieve financial success
Have a great presentation and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills (especially over the phone)
A high degree of competency in computers and online web-based applications
Certificate IV or Diploma of Mortgage of Finance
A willingness to learn and follow instructions
Sales experience and excellent customer service
Applicants currently working in finance will be viewed favourably.
Qualifications:
Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking (this is essential and only applicants with this will be considered)
