About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will be responsible to support the Corporate Finance Accounting team. This will be on a 12 month fixed term contract.
General ledger and bank reconciliations
Cash flow monitoring, reporting and forecasting, including daily reporting
Maintenance of Group suppliers, and liaising with Accounts Payable
Creation and maintenance of capital expenditure projects
Collation, interpretation and distribution of data for inter-company back charges and reconciliations
Half year and end of year audit preparations and procedures including collation of documentation
Business improvement projects, as required
Ad Hoc Transaction and Process problem solving
What you’ll bring to the team
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or similar
ERP system experience (Pronto preferrable)
CA/CPA qualification
Proficient skill levels of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
A pro-active approach with the capability to adapt to changing priorities
