Commercial focused Financial Controller role

This hotel group focus on exceptional service quality and value for it's customers. As the Financial Controller you will play an integral role in management of the ANZ assets alongside the CFO.
Job Description
This job involves analysing the financial performance of hotels across Australian & New Zealand portfolio, including reviewing P&L statements, preparing benchmarking reports, and analysing forecasts. The job also includes preparing reports for owners' meetings and attending these meetings, as well as assisting with cash flow and cost analysis, reviewing budgets, and conducting financial modelling and analysis. The goal is to ensure the profitability and financial health of the hotels and to provide accurate financial information to owners and management.
The Successful Applicant
CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
Previous experience working in the hotel industry in finance related role essential
Prior experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller would be preferred
Operational finance experience would be an advantage
