Job Description
- Oversee the financial management of the company and its related entities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
- Take the lead on new financial systems that are planned to be implemented
- Prepare and review financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and annual budgets
- Manage the tax framework of the company
- Prepare annual financial reports and liaise with external auditors
- Manage financial systems and processes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with consultants, brokers, and investment funds
- Process capital calls and prepare distributions of funds
- Evaluate and advise on the introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action
- Manage risk through effective governance and financial controls
- Cash-flow management
- CA/CPA qualification
- Likely to currently be in a mid-senior position
- Prior experience within funds management isn't essential but would be an advantage
- Strong analysis skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Strong experience in financial modelling
- Manager/Senior Manager from chartered firms with family office/funds experience are encouraged to apply
