Finishes Foreman

ATLAS Recruitment are looking for a contract foreman for a period of up to 6 months. You will be expected to oversea finishes stages of a 14 level apartment project, looking after all internal fit-out and finishes as well as some external facade works.

It's important that you have prior knowledge of finishes and fit-out work ideally on medium to large scale building projects. This is a large intricate job so having good all round refurbishment experience in a commercial building setting will be required.  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate trades in a fast-paced environment
• Trade background preferred
• Previous exposure to large building projects 
• Strong communication across all stakeholder levels
• QA standards & WHS Experience

To be successful

• Previous experience as a foreman with a Principal Contractor
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Experience with fit-out & finishes
