About the Role:
As a First Aid/Washroom Service Person, you are the face of company. Alsco/Fresh & Clean is stable and successful company, with dependable support systems throughout the organisation. We take pride in looking after each of our employees and all working together to deliver Customer Service Excellence for our customers.
This a permanent, full-time position. You will work Monday – Friday, no weekends, and no public holidays.
In this role most of your day will be spent going from customer to customer in your Alsco/Fresh & Clean Service Van, to service their First Aid & washrooms products. You will not have to clean the washrooms; you will be providing the following services:
- Refilling Soap & Air Fresheners and Sanitiser products
- In cubicle servicing, emptying, and replacing sanitary and nappy bin liners.
- Delivering hand and toilet paper
- Reviewing Daily routes and loading van with correct stock
- Completing each first aid cabinet service
- Returning used stock and equipment to the depot for cleaning and preparation for the following days worked
- Customer service once onsite, ensuring customer is greeted, signing in when required and gaining a signature/name.
Importantly, you will be comfortable in servicing both male and female washrooms.
You will need:
- To be physically fit
- A valid Driver Licence
- Working with Children Check & Criminal History Check
- A good understanding of the Adelaide area
Prior experience in a Cleaning, Customer Service or Delivery Driver role will assist you to get up and running quickly in your new role but is not essential.
