AddressFish Butchery Waterloo is a world class fish retail store. We are seeking people to join our team to work in fish & seafood processing (scaling, gutting, filleting fish). Work with Australia's best seafood in a friendly, clean, calm environment in our beautiful store.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Ability to process a different variety of fish species
- Knowledge of Fish/Seafood products
- Understanding of company OH&S and HACCP food safety program and the "cold chain" process in particular
- Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands
- Exceptional attention to detail
HOURS : 3 days per week Tuesday-Thursday, 7am-4:30pm
