About the role

Our Officeworks Alexandria is hiring! We are seeking a passionate Part Time team member to join us as our Fixture Hub Specialist. 

 

The Fixture Hub Specialist supports the coordination, engagement, and delivery of a State Fixture Hub within the Officeworks network.

The role includes engagement between key stakeholders to ensure we are delivering profitable business outcomes by ensuring assets owned by the business are stored, catalogued, utilised, picked, packed, and distributed in an effective manner.

 

The Fixture Hub Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the operation of the State Fixture Hub is efficient, upholding approved processes internally and externally, stakeholder communication, and program coordination.

Reporting into the Operations Program Manager, the Fixture Hub Specialist is accountable for the operations of their site, but throughout their role will be encouraged to drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities within the process to be applied across the national program.

 

 

This role will be a minimum 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday ideally 5 hours per day. Experience with planograms/using fixtures will be highly regarded.
