Based in Phillip and Fyshwick, Eagers Automotive ACT are a pure automotive retail group who represent a diverse portfolio of automotive brands, these guys mean business! Due to recent growth this is where you come in! They are seeking an eager (see what we did there) Fleet Coordinator to join one of their Canberra Toyota dealership.
New Car sales is where you will shine, this role will be assisting the fleet team in many aspects of the post sales process. You will be arranging accessories for vehicles, communicating with various internal departments and external subcontractor suppliers. Customers will need to be regularly kept up-to-date on the process of their vehicle order and you will be arranging delivery of the vehicles onsite or another preferred location. You will be tasked with a realistic delivery target to meet per month along with regular team catch ups in a great environment - as the team culture is unmatched.
So, who are you? Well... you hold a current ACT or NSW drivers license (you guessed it, this is essential), your attention to detail, communication and admin skills are top notch. You are a well organised and adaptable individual with proven time management skills, which pair well with your desire to learn all about the car dealership industry. Experience in the car dealership industry is not essential but desirable, your customer service skills are unmatched and impress any customer coming on site. Dealing with many personalities throughout your day, you will be well adaptable and able to communicate with all types of customers as well as your team.
This role is a fulltime with your hours consisting of 8:30am-5pm Monday - Friday which means there is no weekend work - unless you prefer some extra $$. You are offered a generous salary base with a commission structure placed on top to make the deal a little sweeter (as if it isn't already).
