We are currently on the lookout for a Fleet Services Team Leader at our South Metro Depot (Kewdale Depot until mid-May 2023) on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an exciting team leadership opportunity within a fast-paced customer service focused role
About the Role
This position is responsible for managing a team required to provide fleet service administration, key focus areas are:
Fuel management, vehicle registration
External customer sales
Vehicle pool cars, non-vehicle contract specialist work
Vehicle and plant scheduling, vehicle and plant inspection/commissioning
Vehicle and plant familiarisation training
Quality assurance, WHS and regulatory fleet compliance
As a Team Leader you will:
Develop, implement and maintain Fleet Service management system and quality system.
Major quotation, billing and relationship support to external customers and Service Team Leaders.
Develop, implement, maintain and monitor Fleet Service electronic database system (Ellipse).
Ensure scheduling, inspection and commissioning of heavy fleet to meet all regulatory compliance.
Monitor and maintain fleet service assets / replace and refurbish assets for Fleet Service.
Manage and monitor Western Power Fuel supply which includes fuel distribution and fuel tanks.
Manage the Vehicle Pool Car system.
Manage Load Management System (LMS) for Electric vehicle charging.
Fleet Service reporting and key performance indicators.
About You
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
Diploma or Degree level qualification in Business, Fleet Management, Engineering or relevant AQF 3 Trade Qualification with extensive 7 years industry experience in related field.
Previous experience leading a team
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience in a large mobile fleet workshop in a maintenance role including customer service provision to external and internal customer base
Advanced analytical skills.
Advanced Ellipse and Microsoft Office user
Valid WA Driver’s License Class ‘C’
