About the role
We are currently seeking Food and Beverage champions to join the team. All our Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional restaurant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience in a similar role, preferably
Must have a current RSA certificate
Must hold valid working rights in Australia
Skills and Experience:
Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver food and drinks in an efficient and confident manner
Up sell and suggestive sell to enhance the guest's experience
Be one step ahead of the guest, knowing what they need before having to ask
Deliver exceptional customer service
