We have an exciting new opportunity at Spicers Tamarind Retreat as a full time Food & Beverage Supervisorto join the team. You will be an integral part of delivering our dining experience to our guests, whether it be for a conference, leisure group or for our dining offering.

Here's what you'll do
- Curate an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish;
- Forge loyal relationships with guests and locals to promote repeated clientele;
- Maximize and identify opportunities to sell products & experiences that suit the needs of our guests;
- Management of financial cost measures including beverage and wage costs;
- Coaching of your restaurant team to uphold service and quality standards.
This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role
- Prior experience in fine dining or hatted restaurant environment (essential);
- A genuine love for great food & wine;
- WSET level 2 or CMS certification (desirable);
- Experience in leading a team to success;
- Demonstrated financial acumen in relation to running a profitable restaurant;
- A talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature.
