Casual Role
This position requires a good understanding of current kitchen processes and patient menu items, food safety & food handling.
This position is required to maintain a level of knowledge of the meal and menu composition and to assist in all basic kitchen operations.
Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicants.

Position Summary
Food and Domestic Service Attendants are responsible for safe food preparation, patient/customer service, cleaning and the delivery of food is accordance with Petermac kitchen policies, procedure and the food safety plan.
To be flexible and undertake different FSA positions on a day to day bases when needed. Which includes:
- Sandwich making / food preparation
- Washing and clearing dishes
- General Cleaning/sanitization
- Delivery/pick up to and from wards
- Kitchen organization
- Making dietary drinks
- Tray set and dishing
- Texture modified food
