We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant for this spectacular island resort located in Queensland. This is a great opportunity to live and work in this beautiful location whilst saving heaps of money.
This role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys interaction with customers and establishing relationships with guests, rather than just traditional table service.
Candidates must have a passion for fine food and have excellent wine knowledge.
Knowledge of cocktails, local and imported wines and beverages desirable.

Package:
- $55,000 per annum
- 5 day week
- Free Onsite Accommodation
- Own accommodation-shared facilities
- Meals are not included, cooking facilities available and can order supplies from the mainland.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Offering excellence in customer service
- Providing high end food & beverage service across all sections of Food & Beverage
- Drinks service including coffees, cocktails and wines
- Provide full table service
Candidate Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fine dining and/or high-end resorts and a strong knowledge of local and imported wines and cuisine, strong cocktail experience.
- The successful candidate must be attentive to our guest needs while displaying a natural and relaxed style of service and must always demonstrate a positive attitude, not only with guests but within the team.
Other Information:
- Transfers from the mainland to the island will be arranged for the successful candidate.
- The island does have Optus and Telstra Coverage.
