- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Food & Beverage Team at Pullman Sydney Penrith. This includes a restaurant, two bars, café, room service and minibar.
- You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
- Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences with delivery above expectations, consistent financial performance and an engaged team culture.
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage Manager or similar role is essential due to the pre-opening nature of the role.
- Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
- Beverage Menu Engineering, Financial Acumen, Supplier Networks and Team Development are strong focuses of this role
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
