WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Prepare, present and deliver delicious food and beverages to residents in accordance with Facility Food Safety Policies
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
- Sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, benches & cutlery and disposing of rubbish
- Setting the dining room for daily meals – you may get to engage with the lovely residents, so a bubbly personality is a must
- Adhering to and supporting WH&S and general Food Safety Compliance activities – Keeping accurate records of food temperatures and times
- Cleaning of facility – Residents rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dusting, vacuuming and sweeping – Attention to detail is a must
ABOUT YOU
- We are seeking experienced FSAs and Cleaners to work in Residential Aged Care Facilities for Crewe Sharp
- This role requires energetic individuals who seek to make a difference in Resident’s daily living. Although this is a back of house role, meals are sometimes the residents favourite part of the day so we want individuals who can put a smile on the resident’s faces
- This role requires you to be a very active person as you are on your feet for most of your shift!
WHAT DO YOU NEED
- Basic Food Handling/Safety Certificate
- Previous experience working in an Aged Care facility or Hospital setting
- Current National Employment Police Check
- Current Flu Vaccination
- Covid vaccinated as per NSW Government requirements
- NDIS workers screening check clearance
- Be willing to complete mandatory training through Crewe Sharps onboarding process
