Position: Food Tech/ Food Studies, Fixed-term for Semester Two

Salary: Range 1 $77,000-$88,000, Range 2 $92,000-$115,000, Range 3 $121,000-$127,000. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

We are seeking applications from contemporary, enthusiastic Food Tech/ Food Studies teachers.
This role is a full-time (1.0 FTE), fixed-term role, commencing 15 July 2024 until 11 December 2024. 

ABOUT YOU

• Tertiary qualified in Education
• Current Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registration
• Capacity to teach Food Studies/ Food Tech to a VCE level is advantageous 
• You are passionate about working with young people and a team player
• You understand how students ‘learn best’ 
• You demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice
• You have the ability to effectively plan and deliver outstanding lessons which engage and extend all students
• You are knowledgeable in current pedagogical thinking and are committed to student wellbeing and safety.
