French Speaking Nanny - Caulfield Nth Melbourne -Start APRIL/ MAY 2023
Very busy Franco-Australian family looking for extra pair of hands to help with children's activities and to keep a strong emphasis on the French speaking at home.
The family have 4 young children, 2.5 yr twin boys, a 4yr old girl and a 5 yr old boy - you will only be needed to care for 2 children at a time mainly the twins.
Mum is also at home, and there are other nannies who also help out on a part time basis, so there is plenty of support.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well travelled, young and welcoming family in a great location in Melbourne.
You will have your own separate accommodation in a studio apartment so you will have your own private space however you are welcome to join in any family activities - this family is very welcoming and treat their nannies like part of the family.
Caulfield North is a fabulous cool and trendy location in central Melbourne with lots to see & do!
In addition to great accommodation and meals, you will receive generous salary. Hours are flexible but are around 30 hours per week. The family will need some weekend work for July only but after that will be a couple of full days and some before/after school day care.
Childcare duties only - minimal household duties required.
We are looking for someone:
French speaking, flexible, very safe, responsible, reliable and mature.
Someone highly independent and intelligent with lots of common sense.
The philosophy of the house is fair but firm. They are strict boundaries with the children and very limited use of technology/TV . The children have lots of activities throughout the week. It is a very busy household so someone dynamic and reliable is essential.
The family travels regularly and trips this year include:
July - Fiji for 2 weeks
September - Israel for 3 weeks.
December, Mauritius for 2 weeks
Ideally you will travel with the family, however not essential
You dont need to be able to drive for this role.
Start Date : April/May for 6 - 12 months.
